Dudley Eustace
Dudley Eustace is currently active as supervisory board member at Aegon and works
for CMi in Belgium mentoring NED´s and CFO´s. He is a former board member of Hagemeyer,
Stork, KLM, KPN and is the former Chairman of VNU, FTSE 100 Smith and Nephew (medical
devices) and was a Member of the European Advisory Council at NM Rothschild &
Sons. Dudley Eustace was also Interim Chief Financial Officer at Ahold and both
Finance Director and Vice-Chairman at Philips Electronics.
Previous to this he had held the position of Finance Director at BAE Systems, formerly
British Aerospace. His career began in 1964 at Alcan Aluminium in Canada and he
held various positions (including Treasurer) in Argentina, Brazil and Spain.
Dudley Eustace is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Freeman of
the Worshipful Company of Chartered Accountants and Vice-Chairman of the University
of Surrey.
Roelof Hendriks
Roelof Hendriks is CFO of Fluvia Holding BV, Rotterdam. He previously served as
the CEO of Aon EMEA, CFO of CSM and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Management of
Vopak. He was a CFO at Van Ommeren where he started his career as a specialist in
international cash management, corporate finance and treasury reporting systems.
Roelof Hendriks is also is a member of various supervisory and advisory boards,
including Smit Internationale, van Leeuwen Buizen and Flinter Groep.
Roelof Hendriks studied international law and economics at the Vrije Universtiteit
in Amsterdam.
Rolf Stomberg
Rolf Stomberg has a professional training as a shipbroker. After graduation in economics
at University of Hamburg he was a lecturer at Hamburg University.
He joined BP plc and spent a career of nearly 30 years in BP latterly as a Managing
Director of its Main Board and CEO of its downstream business.
Thereafter various board appointments as Non Executive Director or Chairman, i.a.
Mowlem plc, Reed Elsevier plc. TNT NV, Scania AB, currently Chairman of the Supervisory
Board of Lanxess AG, member of the board of Smith and Nephew plc, Severstal OAU
and three German family owned companies.
Lectured at business school of Imperial College, London, and Institut francais des
moteur et du petrol, Paris and University of Witten Herdecke.
Rennie Hendriksen
Rennie Hendriksen held CFO-positions with NV Deli-Maatschappij, Royal Netherlands
Steamship Group NV, Van Ommeren NV and Fokker NV. All these entities were publicly
quoted companies at the Amsterdam stock exchange.
During this period and after his retirement he also held non-executive board memberships,
among others in the Brewing-, Metal-, Uranium Enrichment-, Ship Propulsion Systems-,
Electrotechnical-, Temporary Labour-, Insurance brokerage- and the Public Utility
Industry. Furthermore he was member of the Advisory boards of ABNAMRO Bank NV, formerly
ABN Bank NV, Allseas Engineering BV and Price Waterhouse, for the latter of which
he took a three year assignment as member of the Dutch Board, responsible for Marketing
in the period preceding the merger with Coopers and Lybrand.
Rennie Hendriksen has been active in the field of Educational Systems management.
His own educational roots lie with the Erasmus university, where he graduated in
Business Economics, followed by a professional degree in Accounting. He became member
of the Dutch Register of Accountants.
